FIFA issues new rules for the World Cup

The working meeting of FIFA 2002 World Cup delegates ended in Tokyo, Japan on February 28th. Secretary-General Rufinan announced the rules for participating in the World Cup, and announced that diving, malicious aggression and tackle from behind will be severely punished. In order to make the World Cup more fair, we decided:

Consider introducing blood tests. Rufinan said that FI-FA will set up an independent drug inspection committee to strengthen anti-doping efforts during the World Cup and consider introducing blood tests. Within three months from now until the opening of the World Cup, the 32 national teams that entered the World Cup finals will hold a series of warm-up matches, and the drug inspection commission will use these warm-up matches to visit all teams.

The personnel list has been changed. In addition, new regulations have been made on the list of all 32 teams and the size of delegations. According to this new regulation, by May 2 1, each team must submit a list of 23 players to FIFA, including 3 goalkeepers.

Red and yellow cards will not be brought into the final. Players' red and yellow cards won in the World Cup qualifiers will not be brought into the finals. If a player only gets a yellow card in the first round of the finals, this yellow card will not be carried into the subsequent elimination.

FIFA is considering whether to set up a short break in the middle of a fierce game, so that players can have a drink and have a rest. This is because the World Cup is just the rainy season in South Korea and Japan, and there may be high temperature and high humidity at that time.

FIFA doesn't want to see too many players take off their jerseys easily after scoring goals, or open their jerseys to display various slogans written on their underwear. If this rule is violated, the referee has the right to warn or punish these players
