1. Keep the appearance of four-column hydraulic press clean, and often remove stains and dust.

2. Check whether the electrical components in the control box are damaged every day. Sometimes, open the control box to clean up the dust, and check whether the lines and connectors are damaged.

3. If oil leakage is found in the cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press, replace the sealing performance and connector.

4. If the four-column hydraulic press has a guide device failure, replace the spare valve.

5. If the electric hydraulic pump in the control box fails and the four-column hydraulic machine does not work, it should be repaired immediately.

6. The four-column hydraulic system is not used for a long time, and the four-column hydraulic system is coated with antirust oil.

7. Is the hydraulic oil discolored? If there is a lot of turbid garbage, replace it directly, and also replace the filter element containing the oil tank filler.

8. 1-2 months, tighten the screws and nuts once to wet the connecting parts to prevent the general parts from rusting.

Usually, maintenance must be carried out when the power supply is turned off; If maintenance is needed, please assign two people to do it together as much as possible.
