What is the people's court?

1. The people's court is a circuit court established by the basic people's court according to the needs of trial work, and its superior court is the county-level basic people's court. 2. The main duties of the people's court are: 1. Do a good job in filing a case. Review all kinds of civil cases within the jurisdiction of the court according to law, register the names, units, causes of action and brief facts of the parties who decided to file the case, and report to the court to inform the court of filing the case of a unified number;

The second is to do a good job in the trial. According to the law, we will try the cases of marriage and family, inheritance, homestead, neighboring relations, labor contracts, personal injury compensation, employee damage compensation, internal disputes in partnership enterprises, disputes over land use rights, contract disputes between legal persons and natural persons, financial loans, contracting, leasing, lending, gifts, entrustment, guarantees, catering services and so on.

The third is to do a good job in implementation. To execute legally effective judgments, rulings and conciliation statements of our court according to law;

4. Review the cases in which the parties in our court raise objections to jurisdiction according to law. If the objection is established, it shall be decided to transfer the case to the people's court with jurisdiction; If the objection is not established, the ruling shall be rejected;

Strictly implement the procedural law, substantive law and the relevant provisions of the superior court and our hospital, ensure substantive justice, procedural justice and standardized operation, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of filing, trial and execution, and strive to promote the standardization of all work in our hospital;

Eight, strengthen the investigation and study of civil trial work, execution work and people's court work under the new situation, constantly sum up new experiences, find new situations, solve new problems, put forward new measures, and promote the smooth development of trial and execution work in our hospital;

Nine, adhere to the trial and execution as the center, actively participate in the comprehensive management of social security, expand the effect of handling cases, and strive to achieve the organic unity of legal and social effects of handling cases;

Ten, accept the guidance and supervision of our office, filing court, civil court and executive court on related work;

Eleven, do a good job in case statistics and court statistical data submitted;

12. Do a good job in daily reception, publicize laws and regulations, patiently answer legal questions raised by the parties and relevant personnel, and do a good job in ideological guidance, judgment, appeal and strike visit of the parties;
