The donations support tuition fees, borrowing fees, sponsorship fees, garden building fees, education cost compensation fees and other expenses.
4: For urban and rural subsistence allowance families and children of persons holding the "Extremely Poor Employee Certificate" and "People's Republic of China Disabled Persons Certificate", disabled children and those with no source of income or legal dependents, social welfare Orphans adopted by institutions and children of revolutionary martyrs or soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty are free of educational fees.
