On the eve of Women's Day, I am honored to speak at the conference as a representative of the Advanced Women's Federation. At work, I always adhere to the principles of starting from reality, emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, and conscientiously implement the principles and policies of the party and the country. In the work, we have always maintained pioneering and innovative, down-to-earth and hard-working, focused on summarizing experience and improving work standards. With the idea of ??"what the party and the government are urgent, women need, and the Women's Federation can do", we have positioned the focus of work and carried out community women's work in a down-to-earth manner. At the same time, we strive to enhance the awareness of the overall situation in learning, promote women's development in innovation, safeguard women's rights and interests in development, and consolidate the work foundation in activities, so that the Women's Federation work in our community has made great progress. Next, I will report the progress of my work here to my leaders and colleagues as follows:

1. Strengthen theoretical and business learning as a foothold, love and dedication

As a Women's Federation As a cadre, I know that in order to keep up with the development of the times, we must study more, think harder, and innovate methods in order to do a solid job. I humbly learned from experienced colleagues and the chairperson of the community women's federation who had done a good job. I asked questions if I didn't understand. At the same time, I also visited women in the community to understand their actual situation, and read some books about women to increase my knowledge of the work of the women's federation. Lay a solid foundation for women's work. At the same time, I organized communities to publicize and protect the legitimate rights and interests of women and children, using blackboards, slogans, blackboards and other forms of publicity, to conduct extensive publicity on policies that match the laws and regulations on safeguarding the rights and interests of women and children, such as the Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, the Marriage Law, etc. Propaganda to help them understand their own rights, improve community women's legal concepts, and further enhance community women and children's awareness of safeguarding their rights in accordance with the law.

2. Focus on doing good things and practical things for women and children, and send the care of the party and the government to the hearts of women and children

I often go among female compatriots to get to know them Their actual life and work conditions, find ways to help them solve some practical difficulties, and send them warmth. Pay attention to the suffering of women and help vulnerable groups. I conscientiously improve the lives of women compatriots in disadvantaged groups in the community, and use "Mother's Day" as an opportunity to carry out assistance activities. During the activity, our community visited poor mothers such as Che Jing and Shen Jing, and sent them daily necessities. At the same time, we gave them spiritual help and encouragement, sent them warmth, and helped them build the courage to overcome life. The activity of “Sending Love to Girls, Giving Love and Warmth” was launched. During the Spring Festival, I and other comrades in the community visited the Lu Weihua family, a low-income household, and the Fan Liying family, a poor household, and sent rice, noodles, oil and other necessary holiday items; on Children's Day, we also School supplies were sent to children from poor families and the Women's Federation's care for them was sent.

3. Actively lead women to start businesses and promote women’s development and progress by carrying out various activities as a carrier

I know that the work of the Women’s Federation is to help women solve their difficulties in life. , to start from the root, we must actively find ways to find employment opportunities for women in the community and solve the employment problem. Actively organize people, especially unemployed women in the community, to participate in skills training classes organized by municipal and district women's federations and other re-employment agencies to enhance the work skills of community women comrades. Based on the investigation of the needs of women in the community, contact the street units and recommend occupations based on their employment situation to solve the problem of employment for women in the community.

4. Implement civility and promote social peace and stability.

Our Women's Federation carries out various forms of activities in the community to improve women's awareness and participation in community work, so that women can lead their whole families to participate in the community as a big family and contribute to the community. Contribute to creating a harmonious and quiet community living environment. In order to enrich the cultural life of the elderly women in the community, our community organization established a Yangko team, with many middle-aged and elderly women participating, which enriched the cultural life of the community residents.
