The transformation of old residential areas has accelerated the trillion-dollar market.

Judging from the task of renovation, the Opinions make it clear that China will focus on the renovation of old residential areas completed before the end of 2000. According to the survey information released by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in July 2020, there were about 220,000 old residential areas built before the end of 2000, involving nearly 39 million households.

Based on the above analysis, during the period of 2019-202011,China has started to renovate 58,000 old urban communities, benefiting10.43 million households. At the same time, according to the data of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, about 35 million families in China can be rebuilt during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period. By the end of the 14 th Five-Year Plan, we will strive to basically complete the old urban areas that need to be transformed by the end of 2000. It can be seen that during the "14 th Five-Year Plan" period, the market space of China's old reform projects is huge.

3. Some provinces and cities have defined the goal of "old reform" as 202 1.
