Article 7: It is prohibited to light fireworks and firecrackers in the following places:

(1) Cultural relics protection units;

(2) Stations, docks, airports, etc. Transportation hubs and railway line safety protection zones;

(3) Elevated roads, overpasses, overpasses, tunnels, and underground spaces;

(4) Production and operation of flammable and explosive items, Storage units;

(5) Within the safety protection zone of power transmission and transformation, gas, fuel and other facilities;

Article 8: During the heavy pollution weather warning period, no unit or individual is allowed to set off fireworks and firecrackers within the administrative region of this city.

Heavy pollution weather warnings are determined by the Municipal People's Government based on the warning reports of the ecological environment and meteorological departments and announced to the public.
