It is an immigrant village in the Xiaolangdi Reservoir Area. It was designated in July 2004 and construction began in March 2005. Currently, 90% of farmers completed the construction of new areas. Based on the agricultural development structure, currently, more than 40 vegetable growers have been developed, with a vegetable planting area of ??200 acres and an annual income of more than 1 million yuan. At the same time, the village organized large vegetable growers to go to Shouguang, Shandong Province to learn advanced technology, and planned to develop 300 acres of new vegetable planting to increase the added value of agriculture and achieve economies of scale.

3. Planning first, optimizing the environment

The village organically combines the construction of new rural areas with the construction of immigrant villages, hires relevant technical personnel to carry out high-standard planning, and carries out construction in strict accordance with the plan. Investing 2 million yuan, we completed the hardening project of 1 kilometer of main street, built a standardized health room and a convenience supermarket, completed the construction of the main road bridge in the village, built 6,000 square meters of slope protection, and completed the main project of the immigrant primary school. Currently, the construction of the village committee office building and leisure square is in progress.

4. Improve supporting facilities and expand public welfare undertakings

The village adheres to the "two civilizations" and adheres to the principle of "new buildings, new facilities, new environment, new farmers, new fashions" ” requirements, high-standard construction of immigrant schools, leisure squares, cultural courtyards, and village committee office buildings will provide a relatively complete position for the villagers’ spiritual civilization construction. At the same time, we continue to improve rural cooperative medical care, immigrant compensation and resettlement, immigrant quality training and other security services, so that the immigrants can enjoy relatively complete public security.

In March 2021, Jinhe New Village was selected as the 2020 Luoyang City Democracy and Rule of Law Demonstration Village (Community).

Near Jinhe New Village, there are tourist attractions such as Mengzhuang Beizui Kiln Site, Haozigou Kiln Site, Xin'an Longtan Grand Canyon, Qingyao Mountain, Daimei Mountain, etc., as well as Xin'an County Yellow River Strange Stones, Xin'an Hot Noodle Corner, Yuli persimmons, Tiemen Chaotian peppers, Xin'an County Yellow River rocks and other specialties.
