Summary of annual safety production month activities of construction companies

according to the spirit of relevant documents in XX city, in order to implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety, the Regulations on the Administration of Work Safety in Construction Projects and the Regulations on Work Safety License, improve the awareness of workers in the construction industry and organize the activities of "Work Safety Month" for projects under construction, our company issued the "Work Safety Month" to construction teams such as Hebei Construction Group, Nantong Sijian and Fujian Longen on May 23rd, 2xx. A leading group headed by the manager was set up, and the activity plan of "Safe Production Month" was worked out. Construction enterprises in the area were required to define institutions and personnel, arrange as early as possible, pay attention to actual results, and make corresponding arrangements in terms of manpower and material resources. Focusing on the theme of "comprehensive management and ensuring safety", we have mainly done the following work:

1. Carry out extensive and in-depth publicity activities on safety production

On June 1st, the safety management department of our company held a mobilization meeting of "Safety Production Month" activities attended by project managers and safety leaders of all construction sites in the park, deployed the "Safety Production Month" activities, and put forward specific requirements for the activities.

during the activity, our project department organized safety knowledge publicity with Regulations on Safety Production Management of Construction Projects, Safety Production Law and Safety Management Regulations of Xinao Group as the main contents. Eighteen people participated in the project manager and safety officer of the project under construction in the park, and achieved good results. All construction workers also deeply understood the importance of safe production in the activities of three-level education. During the safety month, all construction units made full use of slogans, banners, blackboards and other forms to publicize the laws, regulations and rules and regulations on safety in production, organized the study of the Regulations on the Administration of Safety in Production in Construction Projects and the Law on Safety in Production, and hung slogans for publicity, which achieved good results. During the safety month, more than 2 safety slogans such as banners and banners were hung in the project under construction, and 1 set of safety publicity wall chart was hung. Through a series of publicity and education, the upsurge of "grasping safety and promoting production" was set off in the whole park, which made the theme of "comprehensive management and ensuring safety" of safety production month deeply rooted in people's hearts.

Second, organize a major inspection of safety in production

During the "Safety in Production Month" activity, our company issued the "Emergency Notice on Strengthening the Safety in Production in Construction in Summer with High Temperature and Flood Season", requiring all construction units to improve their understanding of safety in production and comprehensive disaster prevention in summer with high temperature and flood season, find out hidden dangers according to the characteristics of summer construction, strengthen accident prevention, formulate emergency rescue plans, and do a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling for frontline construction personnel. Strengthen safety education, and carry out safety inspection focusing on deep foundation pit, site fence, formwork support, large-scale mechanical equipment, temporary electricity consumption and site canteen, effectively preventing accidents.

during the "safety production month" activities, the leaders of the safety management Committee of XX Group and the safety management personnel of our company formed a safety production inspection team, which inspected 1 projects (times) and issued 12 rectification notices for construction safety hazards, so that more than 95 hidden dangers were rectified in time. Moreover, the leaders of the municipal party committee and XX Group visited the industrial park for inspection, which greatly encouraged the morale of all construction workers in the industrial park and gave great affirmation to the safety, civilization and history of the site. Through inspection, there are mainly the following problems:

1. Power consumption for construction: a few construction sites can't meet the basic requirements of three-level distribution and two-level protection and one machine, one box, one brake and one leakage protection, the temporary power consumption scheme is incomplete, the zero protection and repeated grounding are not standardized, the line erection is not standardized, and the electricity consumption for staff quarters is chaotic.

2. Scaffolding: Some projects have no scaffolding scheme, and the scaffolding does not conform to the Technical Code for Safety of Fastening Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Building Construction (JGJ13-2xx), and there are irregularities such as nonstandard spacing of vertical poles, insufficient number of sweeping poles, scissors and small bars, no footboards, closed frame body facade and lax horizontal facade.

13. mechanical equipment: the main reasons are that the rotating parts of construction machines and tools have no protective devices, chainsaws and planers have no baffles or protective covers, the base of tower crane is flooded, the safety devices of mixing machinery are incomplete or fail to work, and the maintenance of medium and small machinery is poor.

2. Safety protection and civilized construction: some construction sites have poor guard management, and some construction sites have no guard on duty; There are still workers who do not wear safety helmets and safety belts for operations; "Three treasures, four mouths" protection is not in place; Site hardening, material stacking and garbage cleaning need to be further strengthened, and the sanitary conditions of staff quarters and canteens are poor.

5. Safety management: some construction sites fail to implement the established safety production responsibility system; The construction organization design lacks safety technical measures, and the special construction organization design and professional construction scheme are not specific; Some site special operations personnel have poor implementation of certificates; Individual construction site safety management personnel lack basic knowledge of safety management, and do not know enough about norms and standards.

III. Requirements for the next step

In view of the problems existing in the "Safety Activity Month" activities, we will focus on the following tasks in the next step:

1. Continue to strengthen the implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Work Safety in Construction Projects and further implement the Law on Work Safety.

Operators of special operations must be trained and qualified before taking up their posts with certificates, and those whose special operation certificates need to be reviewed must also be trained and qualified before taking up their posts.

5 seriously investigate and deal with production safety accidents. Strictly implement the provisions of the accountability system for production safety, accident reporting system and accident investigation. Adhere to the principle of "four don't let go" and seriously investigate and deal with construction enterprises that have suffered casualties; Units and individuals that conceal accidents and fail to report them, make false reports or delay in reporting them shall be severely punished in accordance with relevant regulations, and the punishment shall be aggravated. Adhere to the "one-vote veto system" in safety production, and closely combine the safety production of enterprises with the qualifications of enterprises, project managers, high-quality projects, civilized construction site selection and advanced enterprises.

The "Safe Production Month" activity has been successfully concluded, and the expected effect has been achieved. Our company will continue to consolidate its achievements.
