Myopia Survey Report

Myopia is a serious problem in today's society and has even been regarded as a trend.

As the grades increase, the number of my classmates who are myopic gradually increases, reaching far more than half.

After investigation, I found that most of the students in my class have visual acuity between 4.8 and 4.9, and only a few students still have visual acuity above 5.0. There are 11 students who wear glasses, but there are 20 who are short-sighted, and there are only 31 people in our class! There are only 11 people who are not myopic!

Through Baidu.com, I found out that myopia can be divided into three types. The first type is axial myopia, which is caused by excessive development of the anterior and posterior axis of the eyeball. The second type is caused by excessive bending. The third type is refractive myopia, which is caused by excessive refractive interstitial rate.

Based on these survey data, I would like to make a suggestion to everyone:

Writing and reading should be done correctly, and do not lie on the table or twist your body. Keep books at an appropriate distance from our eyes. Reading and writing should not take too long. Take appropriate breaks and play less computer games. The light should be appropriate when reading and writing. Vitamin B is good for the eyes. Myopic students should eat more foods containing more zinc. Do eye exercises seriously.
