Sunliu Longmen Village

Longmenzhai Village, Sunliu Town, Minquan County, Henan Province, is a famous historical and cultural village. It is the place where the legendary carp jumped over the Dragon Gate. Next to the village, there is a big pond pit formed by the erosion of the Yellow River burst 160 years ago. The pit is bottomless, forming a natural lake that is directly connected to groundwater. Since Longmen Village has pits, water, grassland and woods, and the planting and breeding industries are developed, from time to time we see groups of goats foraging leisurely, so the ponds and pits are contracted to a foreigner. People raise fish, and the boss is a woman. The purchased fry are scattered directly into the pond pit. The fish in the pond pit are not fed any feed and can be regarded as wild fish. When fishing starts every year, several of us have bought fish. I am familiar with the female owner of the fish pond. I have her phone number and WeChat account. I can contact her in advance when I go fishing. I often browse the female boss’s TikTok, and her level of shooting TikTok is quite high.

There is a grandma temple in Longmen Village. It can be considered a historic site!
