Is Taoism the highest god who helps the poor or the highest god who helps the poor?

When giving gifts, Sanqing disciples usually sing "Three Boundless" or "God Bless Endless, Merit Endless". Taoism often uses "Tai Shang Huang", "Tai Shang Huang" and "Tai Shang Huang" to express the supreme supremacy of Taoism.
