Entrusted by the X Council of XX Village Family Planning Association, I report my work to the X Village Member Congress for your consideration.

I. Review of work in the past three years

It has been more than three years since the fourth member congress of XX Village Family Planning Association was held in October. In the past three years, under the leadership of the two village committees and the guidance of the Family Planning Office, our village family planning association has played an active role in strengthening the construction of grass-roots associations, doing a good job in helping, doing a good job in typical propaganda, improving services, strengthening supervision, assisting the two village committees in population and family planning work, promoting economic development, promoting social stability and spiritual civilization construction.

(1) Further strengthen the construction of village-level associations.

In accordance with the relevant regulations of provinces and cities, in the past three years, we have focused on organizing and building our own associations, with presidents, vice presidents and directors. The activity went on normally.

(2) Help and remember that the masses benefit from participation.

In order to remember that family planning households get benefits, our family planning association organizes people to visit and study in the homes of specialized households such as breeding and aquaculture, and invites experts to give them lectures, help them handle small loans, and guide them to become rich through hard work.

(3) Do a good job in propaganda and create a good atmosphere of public opinion.

In order to change people's ideas, the Family Planning Association in our village has made great efforts in publicity. On the occasion of New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Mother's Day, the anniversary of the founding of China Family Planning Association and World Population Day, members have carried out a series of activities by inviting party and government leaders to make speeches, writing commemorative articles, conducting street consultation services, printing publicity slogans, distributing publicity materials and expressing condolences to family planning families. Publicity and education are lively, and the family planning policy is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

(4) Do a good job in service and enhance the cohesion of the association.

In the past three years, our village family planning association has actively provided production, living and fertility services for women of childbearing age. Coordinating the medical staff of the superior family planning and health departments to carry out free clinic, consultation and health care services in our village, which is well received by the masses.

Second, the existing problems

(1) has a fear of difficulties.

Many members believe that family planning work cannot be done by administrative means of the state. How can we persuade education to work?

(2) The scope of assistance is not large and the effect is not obvious.

Due to the limited economic and human resources of the Family Planning Association, the assistance to families with family planning difficulties is not strong enough, which leads to ineffective assistance. It can only solve some urgent needs of families with family planning difficulties and cannot solve the fundamental problems.

(3) The service is not deep enough and the service quality is not high.

Every year, we organize people to go to the village to carry out reproductive health care and other services, but the follow-up services are not in place. For those who are found to be sick, we can't follow up the service in time, so we can only wait until we serve again.

(4) Supervision service is not in place.

An important function of the Family Planning Association is to supervise services. And we have not done enough in this respect. Many unplanned birth households are caused by the untimely supervision of our association members and the inadequate ideological work at home.

Third, the next work plan

(1) further strengthen the organization construction of the association.

According to the requirements of the higher authorities, the Council of the Association should make proper arrangements in strict accordance with the procedures. At the same time, it is required to do a good job in joining the association, strengthen the training of existing members, improve their quality and better serve the family planning work.

(2) expand the assistance of the association and do a good job in helping a group.

In the next three years, efforts should be made to expand the assistance of the association, and strive to make every family planning family get real assistance from the association, give full play to the role of each member, and make members achieve remarkable results together.

(3) Carry out more in-depth publicity, education and service activities.

In view of the imperfect publicity service, in the future work, we will make a publicity service plan at the beginning of each year, organize new publicity content and activities required by superiors in time, and provide on-site service for important customers at any time.
