4. Kitchen waste (wet waste) refers to the waste generated in residents' daily life, food processing, catering service, unit feeding and other activities, as well as rotten vegetables, fruits, carrion, broken bones, eggshells, internal organs of livestock and poultry products generated in farmers' markets and agricultural products wholesale markets;

5. Other garbage (dry garbage) refers to other domestic garbage except recyclables, harmful waste and kitchen garbage.

New construction, renovation, expansion of residential quarters, public buildings, public venues and other construction projects, should be supporting the construction of domestic waste classified delivery and collection facilities, and synchronous design, synchronous construction, synchronous acceptance, synchronous delivery with the main project, and shall not arbitrarily change the nature of use. If the existing domestic waste delivery and collection facilities fail to meet the requirements of classification standards, the District People's Government shall organize property rights units or business units to carry out construction and transformation.
