1. Disinfection Principles

During the prevention and control period of the new coronavirus epidemic, the environment and items in public places should be cleaned first and disinfected as a supplement. Over-disinfection and contamination should be avoided. Clean and disinfect at any time.

Choose appropriate physical or chemical disinfection methods for different disinfection objects and disinfection locations. For chemical disinfection, it is recommended to use medium- and high-efficiency disinfectants such as chlorine-containing and peroxide-based disinfectants.

When suspected or confirmed cases occur, terminal disinfection will be carried out in accordance with the "General Principles for Disinfection of Epidemic Sources" based on the results of epidemiological investigations and organized by the local health department.

2. Disinfection scope and frequency

Disinfection scope: public places. 3. Disinfection methods

Air disinfection: Ventilation should be strengthened in the place to maintain indoor air circulation. Natural ventilation is preferred. Open doors and windows as much as possible for ventilation. Mechanical ventilation can also be used. Try not to use air conditioning. In an environment with no windows or poor ventilation, turn on the air-conditioning fresh air system to increase ventilation; units with conditions can install ultraviolet lamps and other air disinfection facilities in the central air-conditioning return system.

Object surface: for high-frequency contact surfaces: handrails, elevator buttons, door handles, tables and chairs, ticket windows, self-service ticket machines, sinks, faucets, carts, *** To disinfect bicycles, elevators, escalators, shopping baskets, toilets, etc., you can spray or wipe them with 250~500mg/L effective chlorine disinfectant for more than 30 minutes, or soak the disinfected items. Disinfection of tableware: After removing residues and cleaning the tableware, boil or circulate steam for 15 minutes for sterilization; or use disinfection methods such as thermal disinfection cabinets; or use a solution with an effective chlorine content of 250~500mg/L and soak for disinfection After 30 minutes, the residual disinfectant should be rinsed away.

Disinfection of textiles such as clothes, bedding, seat covers, etc.: Keep textiles clean and wash and disinfect them regularly. It can be disinfected by circulating steam or boiling for 30 minutes, or soaked in 500mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant for 30 minutes, and then cleaned regularly.

Hotel and restaurant supplies: Bed bedding and towels can be boiled for disinfection or sent to a cleaning and disinfection company for disinfection. You can soak items in 250~500mg/L effective chlorine disinfectant for 30 minutes. Chlorine-containing disinfectants are ready for use. Take them out promptly after disinfection and rinse them with clean water.

Wash basins, bathtubs, and seat cushions can be wiped with 250~500mg/L effective chlorine disinfectant, and wiped with clean water after 30 minutes.

Slippers can be soaked in 250~500mg/L effective chlorine disinfectant for about 20 minutes and then rinsed with water.

Transportation: Try to open windows for ventilation, and perform preventive disinfection of frequently touched parts. You can wipe and disinfect with 250~500mg/L effective chlorine disinfectant for more than 30 minutes. After disinfection, wipe with clean water. . It should be disinfected before each shift.

Vomitus treatment: When a person vomits, the vomitus should be covered and disinfected immediately with disposable absorbent material and sufficient disinfectant or effective disinfection dry towel. IV. Preparation of common disinfectants

The preparation method of chlorine-containing disinfectants with an effective chlorine concentration of 500mg/L: 84 disinfectant, diluted according to the ratio of disinfectant: water at 1:100; Disinfectant powder, add 4.8 liters of water to 1 pack of disinfectant powder; add 11 liters of water to 1 pack of Euchlorine; chlorine-containing effervescent tablets, dissolve 1 tablet in 1 liter of water.

Other disinfectants are formulated and used according to the concentration indicated on the product label to kill intestinal pathogenic bacteria.

5. Precautions

Staff should be aware of personal protection, strengthen hand cleaning and disinfection, wash hands with running water, and use rapid hand disinfectant for hand disinfection when necessary.

Disinfection staff adopt first-level protection and choose disposable surgical masks, overalls, and disposable rubber gloves.

Disinfectant has certain toxicity and irritation. Pay attention to personal protection when preparing and using it. At the same time, disinfectant has certain corrosiveness. Wipe it with clean water after disinfection to prevent damage to items.

The disinfectants used should be products produced by regular enterprises that comply with relevant regulations in my country and should be used within the validity period.
