1. Time and scope of the fishing ban period

The main stream of the Dawen River, a tributary of the Yellow River

1. Fishing ban period: 0:00 on April 1 to 24:00 on July 31.

2. No fishing area: 15.3 kilometers of the upper section of the main stream of the Dawen River

3. Prohibited operation types: During the fishing ban period, all types of fishing operations except recreational fishing are prohibited. 2. Contents of the fishing ban

It is prohibited to sell, purchase, and process the catch caught during the fishing season and in the fishing zone;

3. Relevant Requirements

Violations of this notice will be implemented in accordance with the "Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Shandong Province's Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China" Measures and other relevant provisions for punishment.

Anyone who uses electro-toxic bombing, visible anchor fish and other prohibited methods to disable fishing gear in a prohibited fishing area shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.
