Moxintang area night cultural tourism project plan released

Recently, the Chenzhou Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau issued the "Announcement on the Planning Conditions Demonstration Plan for the Nighttime Cultural Tourism Project in the Moxintang Area of ??Chenzhou City". The total land area of ??the project is approximately 2.27 hectares (approximately 34.05 acres) , with a total construction area of ??approximately 37,700 square meters, the land used in the demonstration plan is commercial land, and is divided into three plots. The project floor area ratio is 1.12, the building density is 30.21%, the green space rate is 20.06%, the building height limit is 20 meters, the project has 282 parking spaces, and 56 parking spaces on one side of Moxintang Road have been cancelled.

In terms of landscape design, the open space in front of and behind the house is used for green planting. The trees are developed with grapefruit, pear, crape myrtle and other tree species, and the floor lawn is mainly used. Idle spaces such as eaves and window sills in front and behind the house can be beautified with potted plants.

Bluestone, cobblestone and other simple pavements are often used in the street paving to create an elegant, quiet and simple street atmosphere.

Multi-level illumination lighting techniques are used in the block to increase the sense of lighting technology. The lighting and the environment are harmonious and unified. Various tones are integrated and the tones should be rich. Appropriately add light sketches and light shows to create a cheerful business atmosphere.

In order to show different landscape lighting characteristics for different buildings, a mixed technique of floodlight, internal light transmission and LED is used. It mainly expresses the unique structure of the building and can broaden the design thinking.
