1. Persons who have come (returned) to Xining with a history of staying in Zhongwei City and surrounding areas in the Ningxia Autonomous Region in the past 7 days must take the initiative to report to the destination community (village), unit or hotel where they are staying. If you receive a call from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and are informed that you are a risk person, you should actively cooperate in implementing various epidemic prevention and control measures such as isolation control, nucleic acid testing, and health monitoring. It is currently the wolfberry picking season, so we need to pay attention to the migrant workers and those who purchase wolfberry in Zhongwei City, Ningxia and surrounding areas, and carry out investigation and control.

2. As the National Day holiday approaches, the flow of people increases and the risks of epidemic prevention and control increase. The Xining Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention advocates citizens to celebrate the holiday locally, reduce cross-city travel, and resolutely implement the "external prevention and control measures" The general strategy of "preventing imported cases and preventing domestic rebound" and the general policy of "dynamic clearing" will continue to adhere to the principle of "do not come to Ningbo unless necessary" and "do not leave Ningbo unless necessary". All persons returning to Ningxia must report online through the Qinghai Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Reporting System before arriving in Ningxia. 3. Persons who have traveled to (or returned to) Ningbo from high-risk areas in China in the past 7 days will be subject to 7 days of centralized quarantine medical observation (the management period starts from the time they leave the risk area) and 5 nucleic acid tests will be conducted. (Days 1, 2, 3, 5, 7).

4. People who have traveled to (or returned to) Ningbo from moderate-risk areas in the country in the past 7 days will be required to undergo 7 days of home quarantine medical observation (the management period will be calculated from the time they leave the risk area) and undergo 3 nucleic acid tests. (Days 1, 4, 7). Those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation and medical observation will be subject to 7 days of centralized isolation and medical observation.

5. Persons with a history of traveling to low-risk areas in China in the past 7 days must complete 2 nucleic acid tests (24 hours apart) within 3 days after entering Ningbo, and conduct self-health monitoring.

6. We must consciously abide by various epidemic prevention and control regulations, reduce gatherings, gatherings, and dinners, conduct nucleic acid sampling and testing regularly, take personal protection when going out, and maintain a safe social distance.
