1. Pay close attention to the source of shipment.

During the peak period of the epidemic, try to be cautious when purchasing goods from foreign and domestic medium- and high-risk areas, and remind senders to disinfect and seal the inner items under the premise of ensuring safety.

2. Protect first and then receive the goods.

When receiving express mail from foreign and domestic medium- and high-risk areas, you must wear masks and gloves, avoid direct contact with the outer packaging, spray or wipe the package with medical alcohol or chlorine-containing disinfectant, and maintain hand hygiene. It is recommended that residents take the initiative to go to a medical institution for a nucleic acid test within three days after receiving international express delivery.

3. Disinfect and let stand before use.

Try to unpack the express mail on site as much as possible. Do not take the outer packaging home. If you really need to bring it back, you should use 75 alcohol or chlorine-containing disinfectant with 500mg/L effective chlorine to wipe and disinfect the outer packaging of the express delivery. Six-sided disinfection is required. Open the inner package one layer at a time and disinfect it layer by layer. Disinfect thoroughly in all directions without any dead ends. Leave the contents in a ventilated place for 30 minutes before taking out the contents. Select alcohol, 84 disinfectant, ultraviolet light, ozone, etc. for the contents. Disinfect with high temperature and other methods before use.

4. Wash your hands after disassembling parts.

Avoid touching your mouth, eyes, nose and other parts with unclean hands during the process of picking up and unpacking items. Take off your gloves promptly after handling the express mail, use soap or hand sanitizer and follow the "Seven Steps of Washing" Technique: Wash your hands carefully, or use hand disinfectant or 75% alcohol to disinfect your hands.

5. Report abnormalities early.

If symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, etc. occur after receiving express mail, you should report it to the local epidemic prevention department in time and receive professional guidance and handling. If you receive unknown international mail express or epidemic-related international mail express, those who come into contact with the package must immediately report to their village or work unit, immediately seal the epidemic-related goods in place, and cooperate with relevant disposal work.
