Skydiving in stormy days, it is difficult for people to control their direction after getting off the plane, which will form a large scattered surface. It is also difficult for umbrellas to leave in time after landing, which is easy to be pulled by strong winds and cause injuries.

There is a big dispersion error in the landing position, which is easier to say in plain terrain, but it takes more time to concentrate people. However, the local terrain is complex, surrounded by cliffs and fast-flowing rivers, and paratroopers fall into the mountains or rivers, making it almost impossible to save themselves and each other, let alone rescue the victims. If you fall into the city, there are damaged buildings or simple ruins everywhere, which is also easy to be killed or injured. Only a few playground squares are victims, so there is no safe airborne field in the local area at present.

Even if there is a landing site, if you want to reduce the dispersion area, the aircraft should try to reduce the launching height. In mountainous areas with large drop, it is easy for planes to hit mountains when flying at high speed and low altitude, and the technical requirements for pilots are extremely high.
