For those who come to (return to) Huai River in middle and high risk areas, 7 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of home isolation shall be implemented. During the period of home isolation, nucleic acids were collected on the 2nd, 3rd and 7th days respectively, and "double collection and double inspection" was implemented on the 7th day. 2. During family health monitoring, nucleic acid was detected on 1, 2, 3 and 7 days respectively. The above-mentioned personnel shall not go out in principle during the period of home health monitoring.
