First, the main problems in the process of combining grass-roots party building work with business work

Because of the deviation of the ideological understanding of the relevant business personnel in grass-roots units, they are unwilling to participate in the party building work of their own units. At the same time, the knowledge structure of party building staff is relatively simple, and they don't know enough about the relevant business within the unit, which makes the party building work out of touch with the work of the unit center, which in turn leads to the disconnection between the party building work at the grassroots level and the business work. The main factors causing the above problems include three aspects.
