In normal times, pay attention to the role of the group, rational division of labor, clear responsibilities, and strict assessment to ensure that all work is carried out smoothly. Being able to unite comrades and care for employees always allows the team of the Finance Office to maintain their enthusiasm for work and good work momentum.

2. Formulate and implement various systems

In order to ensure the efficient operation of the Finance Office, I pay attention to the division of labor within the office, implement work responsibilities, and establish and improve various systems. Several directors have division of labor and restrain each other. I am responsible for the division of labor in budget management and can personally participate in various activities. This year, tax revenue has maintained an increase of about 30%, and all expenditures have been realized in a timely manner, ensuring the needs of social and economic development. Town finance, municipal management, and department budgets have been solidly advanced, and have been well received by the municipal bureau.

3. Be a good leadership consultant and do a good job in service

As a director of the Finance Office, on the basis of organizing the financial revenue and expenditure, I pay more attention to the town’s economy. The overall situation of social development and seeking to play a good role in guiding and regulating the town's finance. Actively cooperate to promote departmental budget management, correctly rationalize the distribution relationship between the government and departments, strengthen the department's self-balanced responsibilities, and strive to overcome the mentality of departments relying on others. After one year of implementation, not only can funds for normal operations be guaranteed in a timely manner, but it has also stimulated the department's enthusiasm for development. The Finance Office, the Land Management Office, the Family Planning Office, and the Cultural Station will move to the new location one after another, greatly improving the external image. Plan and organize tax revenue collection and management, communicate well with national taxation and local taxation departments, and strive to ensure the orderly growth of tax revenue. Regularly analyze the fiscal and taxation situation, report to leaders in a timely manner, and try to squeeze out funds as much as possible to ensure the funding needs of key projects while maintaining normal operations. In recent years, a total of more than 10 million yuan has been invested in the construction of industrial parks, cultivating new tax source growth points. Comply with government requirements, actively raise funds, and obtain land certificates in a timely manner. We have applied for land certificates for nearly 30 companies, with a capital flow of nearly 50 million yuan. No company was affected by the delay in land certificates, and we have done our best to provide nanny-style services for relocation and investment.

4. Pay attention to your own image and always maintain integrity.

Can set an example in daily life, abide by the various systems within the institute, strictly implement the "Ten Prohibitions" for financial cadres, strengthen internal control and the implementation of audit and audit systems, achieve collective discussion on the use of funds, and ensure transparency and openness. Adhere to work according to the budget, and arrange expenditures within the budget as sequentially as possible. For expenditures that exceed the budget, there is no budget, and the expenditure will be listed after additional quotas are added according to normal procedures. Minimize discretionary power at work and avoid unfairness in the allocation of funds. Be able to take good care of yourself and resolutely refuse to accept gifts during holidays. In daily work and life, we do not form cliques or participate in any small group activities, and we must truly be diligent and honest.
