Twelfth ethnic schools, ethnic departments, ethnic classes and primary and secondary schools in ethnic minority areas should strengthen the education of ethnic unity and the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and vigorously cultivate and practice the socialist core values.

(3) Teachers who have been teaching continuously for 15 years shall be awarded honorary certificates and medals by the people's governments at the county level; Teachers who have been teaching for 25 consecutive years shall be awarded honorary certificates and medals by the Autonomous Prefecture People's Government; Teachers who have been teaching for 3 years in a row shall be awarded honorary certificates and medals by the Autonomous Prefecture People's Government and given a one-time reward.

(4) Children of teachers who have been teaching for five consecutive years enjoy preferential policies for minority students when they apply for ordinary high schools.

(5) Give priority to teachers' revolving houses or affordable housing. Eighteenth autonomous prefecture, county (city) people's government or the competent department of education shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the province, commend and reward the units and individuals that have made remarkable contributions to the development of ethnic education. Nineteenth education authorities should regularly carry out the training of school administrators and teachers. Managers and teachers of ethnic schools should arrange training or further study at least once every three years.
