What is inspection QC?

The QC of foreign trade inspection is inspection and quality control management.

The most basic requirements of foreign trade QC:

1, familiar with the company's products: all kinds of product parts, related materials, as well as technology and structure.

2. Timely communication: When communicating with merchandisers, you must always know the existing order quantity.

3. Understand the production progress: keep up with the manufacturers to understand the production progress. (For example, semi-finished parts and semi-finished products can only be inspected before bagging, so as to find problems early and avoid losses).

4. Arrange the inspection itinerary: arrange the inspection itinerary in time according to the production progress (you must be familiar with the schedule, route and driving time of each manufacturer, and arrange it according to the product quantity, product progress, manufacturer scale, reputation, attitude and comprehensive quality in all aspects).

QC scope of work: enterprise production process and product quality control. Handle business with other foreign trade related departments. Assist foreign trade salesmen in negotiation (quotation, proofing), claim settlement, dispute resolution, arbitration litigation and other business processing.
