Simply put, the ground breaking operation is: digging, piling, the penetration depth of the ground anchor is more than 0.5m, the ground stacking load is more than 50kg/m2, and the construction machinery such as bulldozers and road rollers are used to fill the soil or level the site.

All ground operations that affect the safety of underground cables, pipelines and other facilities are included in the scope of ground-breaking operations.

For operations such as digging, piling and grounding, the buried depth depends on the depth of underground facilities of various enterprises, some are 0.5 meters, some are 0.6 meters, and some are based on the principle that underground facilities may be harmed.

Greening plants, setting up large placards and publicity corridors, and discharging a large amount of sewage will affect underground facilities.

Use bulldozers, road rollers and other construction machinery to fill or level the site, pile up heavy objects in the site outside the prescribed scope or transport heavy objects in the battery limit outside the conventional roads. If the total bearing weight of the objects, including the means of transport, is above the limited value, it shall be regarded as ground-breaking operation. The limit values of stacking load and total bearing capacity should be determined according to soil quality.
