According to the regulations of the Ministry of Transport, it is necessary to actively promote the parking and rest system from 2 am to 5 am, that is, within three hours from 2 am to 5 am, the driver of the night train must drive to the nearest service area, and the driver and passengers can rest before continuing to drive.

In order to prevent fatigue driving, the transportation department also requires that buses with a one-way distance of more than 400 kilometers (highways of more than 600 kilometers) must be equipped with more than two drivers, and each driver's continuous working hours should not exceed 4 hours, and the actual driving time within 24 hours should not exceed 8 hours.

Passenger transport enterprises shall not require passenger drivers to drive passenger vehicles in violation of driving time and rest time.
