Hello: On December 1th, Hengyang County held a special action dispatch meeting for the county to crack down on crime, eliminate evil and fight drugs. Comrade Xiao Zhengcai, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and secretary of politics and law, stressed that all township departments should strengthen the preliminary investigation of issues related to crime, evil, gambling and drugs, and promptly collect relevant reports and clues with the public security department for verification. first of all, Tang Honghui commented on the development of the special campaign to crack down on crime and eliminate evil and drug abuse in the county in the past month. On November 7th, after the mobilization meeting of the county's anti-crime and anti-drug work, all towns and villages took two special actions as the current central tasks and top-ranking projects, and generally held joint meetings of the party and government and village cadres to convey the spirit of the learning meeting, set up a leading group for special actions, worked out the implementation plan and reward and punishment methods, and made great efforts to create the momentum of special actions by hanging banners, posting slogans, issuing notices, etc. All units directly under the county also held general meetings of cadres and workers to mobilize. With the support of towns and relevant departments, the county public security organs have investigated and dealt with 12 cases involving evil and project construction, including 2 cases of criminal punishment and 1 cases of administrative cases, and taken compulsory measures such as criminal detention on 9 suspects involved, and 21 people were punished by administrative detention. At present, they are investigating two cases involving evil gangs, such as Zhou's illegal detention in Zhajiang and Hunan University of Economics and Business. With the full cooperation of Jinxi, Zhajiang, Sanhu and other towns, the criminal investigation and patrol officers of the county public security bureau successfully investigated an illegal detention case caused by gambling and usury, and now criminal detention compulsory measures have been taken against the suspects Zhou and Dai. Towns and towns such as Zhangshu, Qulan, Kuzong and Yanbei have successively investigated and dealt with many cases of disturbance caused by land acquisition and demolition of key projects such as Louheng Expressway, and resolutely took decisive measures against those acts that make trouble without reason, force transactions and seriously interfere with the project construction environment, effectively ensuring the normal progress of the project construction. Since the special anti-drug campaign, all townships and police stations in the county have taken active actions and taken various measures, which have cracked 13 drug-related criminal cases and arrested 21 drug suspects; 63 drug-related administrative cases were investigated and dealt with, and 78 drug addicts were seized, including 34 drug addicts who were forced to be isolated and rehabilitated, and more than 1,7 grams of drugs were seized. The first phase of the special anti-drug campaign ranked among the top in the city. On November 7th, the Anti-drug Brigade of the County Public Security Bureau organized the institutes such as Chan Ben and Zhangmu to carry out an inventory operation, and successfully arrested many drug addicts such as Yao and Qu. After digging deep into the source of drugs and fighting continuously, we successfully arrested drug trafficking suspects Yao Moumou and Deng Moumou, seized more than 18 grams of ice and Ma Gu, and committed a motor car. While fully affirming the achievements in the previous paragraph, Tang Honghui also pointed out the problems existing in the two work, such as weak atmosphere, weak organization and weak measures, and asked all departments at all levels in the county to quickly implement the "five further steps" and always maintain a high-pressure situation to ensure the comprehensive, in-depth and solid progress of the two special actions. All township departments should earnestly strengthen the preliminary investigation of the problems related to gangs, evils, gambling and drugs in their respective jurisdictions, and quickly collect relevant reports and clues with public security criminal investigation, drug control and other departments to organize verification.
