1. Significance, guiding principles and goals and tasks

(2) Guiding principles.

(3) Mission objectives. 2. Improve the social security system for people with disabilities and improve the level of social security for people with disabilities

3. Strengthen the construction of the service system for persons with disabilities and improve the ability and level of services for persons with disabilities

(3) Establish and improve the employment service network for disabled people to promote stable employment for disabled people.
