Hello! My name is Huang Shuiying, and I am currently the director of the mission department of Hong Xiuquan Memorial Hall. I clearly realize that it is not easy to be a qualified deputy curator. I should not only be duty-bound to be an assistant to the curator's professional and administrative work, but also organize mass cultural activities, popularize literary and artistic creation and strengthen grassroots counseling. But I think I still have the ability and confidence to do this job. Because I have the following advantages.

first, have good ideological and political literacy. 4. Have the professional level required for this position. I have more than 2 years' working experience in Wenbo. I have received professional knowledge training, published many professional papers, obtained many professional certificates, been good at horizontal communication, communicated with many museums and experts in China, had some practical experience, was familiar with business work, was able to independently plan large-scale events and train lecturers, and had great reception experience. This is my greatest advantage, which others do not have, and is beneficial to the smooth work.

How to give the spirit of the times to the propaganda work of memorial halls and make them constantly glow with new vitality is the direction we should always strive for. In this regard, innovation is very important. First, in terms of form, we can't wait for tourists to come to visit, but change static into dynamic, go out and actively publicize, approach and be close to ordinary people, and make the museum truly serve the public. Working together is a good practice. On the one hand, it makes resources rich and enjoyable, and forms greater social attention. Second, in terms of content, different themes are determined to deepen and expand this cultural resource, so that historical and cultural celebrities can walk with the times and give their spirit the content of the times. I should not only be an assistant to the librarian's professional and administrative work, but also organize mass cultural activities, popularize literary and artistic creation and strengthen grassroots counseling. But I think I still have the ability and confidence to do this job. Because I have the following advantages.

first, politically, I can conscientiously implement the party's line, principles and policies, have a strong sense of organization and global awareness, and love the work of library management, which is the basis for doing a good job.

second, work performance: during the more than ten years of working in book management, I can say with a clear conscience that I have made due contributions to the development of books and reading rooms in our school. For example, the reading room of the former Mongolian teacher can be said to have been built by myself with the support of the school leaders, and newspapers and magazines have grown from scratch, from dozens at the beginning to thousands after the merger of the two schools, and the bookshelves made according to my design have been used to this day. Especially in 1997, when the two schools merged, I worked as a commander and a combatant to lead comrades in book classification and cataloging. I applied my business knowledge to practical work and established a library that met the requirements of the China Book Classification and met the needs of school education and teaching. According to the requirements of standardization, the working rules, post responsibility system, borrowing rules, warehouse rules and so on in each business link have been drafted. Hello!

Today, the position I am competing for is: the competition for the director of funeral parlour.

As we all know, funeral homes do funeral work, do good deeds, and draw a satisfactory full stop for the end of life. Moreover, funeral customs are closely related to the degree of social civilization. In western countries, funeral work must go through formal academic education and obtain professional qualifications. However, in China, due to the influence of traditional ideas, people still have many misunderstandings about the funeral industry. Everyone thinks that college students should not be engaged in funeral services, and funeral is not elegant. So, why on earth did I come to compete for employment?

I come from a family that pays attention to the responsibility of being a person. One of my family precepts is "love your country and your hometown". Therefore, although I am humble, I never dare to forget to love my motherland and my hometown. I have been trying to do what I can for the construction of my hometown.

Today, bureau leaders have provided us with such a platform for fair competition, so I bravely stepped onto this platform for competing for posts. I think the following conditions can support me to do a good job in the competition for the director's speech:

First, I have a clear understanding of the significance of funeral home work.
