? This late roll call mainly checked the personnel’s presence on duty, management of alcohol and party history study and education. Through the roll call and alcohol test, all commanders and soldiers were on duty. Illegal drinking was discovered, but some officers and soldiers were not familiar with the ten prohibitions on alcohol control, and they were not familiar with the party history.
