4. Activity Organization

A leadership group will be established for the activity to be responsible for the organization, coordination and development of the activity. The leadership group consists of four groups: comprehensive, activities, publicity and venue.

Job tasks: Responsible for the division and arrangement of activity areas of each unit, microphone and sound preparation, atmosphere creation, implementation of tables, chairs, power supplies and other related matters for carrying out activities.

5. Activities Requirements

(1) Strict discipline. Strict activity discipline, obey the instructions and arrangements of the staff, protect the facilities in the hall, arrive and leave on time, and ensure the effectiveness of the activity.

(2) Clear division of labor. Clarify the division of labor and relevant responsible persons for each region and project, and fully communicate with the comprehensive team to ensure that activities are carried out safely and effectively.

(3) Strengthen publicity. Tibetan science and technology newspapers and science and technology museums promoted and reported the event in advance through newspapers, periodicals, the Internet, WeChat, Weibo and other information channels as required to create an atmosphere. WeChat, Weibo, online reading screens, and newspaper content will be updated in real time during the event to ensure the effectiveness of event promotion.

(4) Summary and summary. Participating institutions shall carefully summarize the activities in accordance with the requirements of the activities, and submit the activity summary and related pictures and video materials to the Science Popularization Department of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology before September 30, 20xx, with an electronic version and a paper version of the summary materials.
