In 1950, the Korean War broke out.

In mid-September 1950, the US military dispatched more than 50,000 troops, more than 300 ships and more than 1,000 aircraft to conduct a large-scale landing operation in Inchon, cutting off the Korean People's Army's connection with the rear. At the same time, the U.S. and Lee Army also invested more than 200,000 troops and a large number of artillery and tanks on the Nakdong River front line for counterattack. The People's Army was attacked from two sides and was in an extremely difficult situation, and was forced to make a strategic retreat. The "United Nations Army" led by the United States quickly advanced northward, burning the flames of war all the way to the border between China and North Korea, threatening the security of Northeast China. For this reason, the Chinese People's Volunteers entered North Korea on October 25 to fight side by side with the Korean People's Army. After five battles, 230,000 enemies were wiped out, and the American and Li troops were driven back from the Yalu River to the south of the "38th Parallel".
