Notice on Strengthening the Responsibility of Personal Epidemic Prevention and Control in Hangu Administrative Region

In order to implement the spirit of "COVID-19 Prevention and Control Plan", a joint prevention and control mechanism in the State Council, our district has adjusted the policy of normalized epidemic prevention and control. At present, there are still sporadic epidemics in some areas of China, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still severe and complicated. In order to consolidate the hard-won epidemic prevention achievements, the Office of the District Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control reminded the masses to earnestly fulfill their personal responsibility for epidemic prevention and control. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

First, strictly implement independent filing.

Pay attention to the changes of epidemic situation in the whole country, and those who have the following situations must report to their territories and work units as soon as possible: ① Have lived in high, medium and low risk areas within 7 days. (2) The residence history of the county where the local positive infection occurred in the society within 7 days. ③ Return after the quarantine at the port of entry expires. ④ Abnormal health code. ⑤ Received short messages about epidemic risk from prevention and control departments at all levels. ⑥ Have contact history with confirmed cases, or have overlapping activity tracks, and overlap at the same time. ⑦ Symptoms include fever, dry cough, fatigue, hypoesthesia, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc.

Second, consciously abide by the requirements of prevention and control.

Personnel entering public places should cooperate with normal epidemic prevention and control measures such as code scanning, code inspection, temperature measurement and wearing masks. It is forbidden to use "plain code" instead of scanning code. We should continue to abide by the epidemic prevention code of conduct, such as frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation, wearing a mask, one meter reading, less gathering, civilized dining, cough etiquette, cleaning and disinfection, maintaining toilet hygiene, developing a healthy lifestyle, and nucleic acid examination for key people.

Third, strictly implement control measures.

Home isolation personnel must live alone or in a single room. If it is really necessary to live with others, I and the residents in the same hospital are not allowed to go out and refuse all visits during the medical observation at home. Home isolation personnel should do a good job in self-health testing and report to the village medical observation and management personnel on their own initiative. If you have to go out because of special circumstances such as medical treatment, you should do a good job of personal protection. After the approval of the village management personnel, the closed-loop management of special personnel and vehicles will be implemented.

Family health monitors measure their body temperature once every morning and evening, monitor their symptoms and report to the village truthfully. You are not allowed to go out during home health monitoring. If it is necessary to go out due to medical and other special circumstances, with the approval of the village management, do a good job of personal protection, wear N95/KN95 anti-particle mask and avoid taking public transport.

Fourth, respond to the vaccination policy

The general public should respond to COVID-19's vaccination policy, and people over 3 years old who have no contraindications to vaccination should take it, especially those over 60 years old who are advised to complete vaccination as soon as possible.

There are no bystanders in front of the epidemic, everyone is an important link, and everyone is a key line of defense. Please do not go to the counties where high-risk areas are located, fulfill personal responsibilities, cooperate with epidemic prevention measures, abide by epidemic prevention regulations, and assume more social responsibilities to make due contributions to the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control in the whole region!
