Can you use the compressed air in the workshop to clean the dust on your body? This is forbidden in our workshop. I want to know why, what's the danger?

It is dangerous to use compressed air to clean the dust on your body for the following reasons:

Compressed air is very powerful. According to its pressure, compressed air can wash away small particles of ash. But these ashes are a source of danger. They will rush into your eyes or scratch your skin. The possible degree of damage depends on the size, weight, shape, composition and speed of these blown particles. There have been reports of hearing loss caused by high decibel sound of compressed air and airflow.

Compressed air itself is a serious harmful source. In extreme cases, compressed air can enter the blood through skin wounds or open tissues of the body. In medicine, bubbles in the blood flow are like blood clots, forming a dangerous blood flow blockage. Because of its size, duration and location, arterial thrombosis can lead to coma, paralysis or death.

Therefore, we must abide by the regulations and use compressed air safely to avoid danger.
