When lifting heavy objects, the lifting equipment shall comply with the following safety regulations:

5, vertical equipment hoisting, should be tied above the center of gravity of heavy objects, if you need to be tied below the center of gravity, effective safety measures must be taken, and approved by the relevant technical director.

6. Before lifting, tie a firm sliding rope on the heavy object to prevent the heavy object from swinging and rotating during lifting.

7, lifting objects should not stay in the air for a long time, if really need to stay, reliable safety measures should be taken.

8. The signal commander should stand correctly, the semaphore (or gesture) is obviously accurate, the whistle is clear and loud, and it is in harmony with the semaphore (gesture). The upper and lower signals are closely related, so we should pay close attention to the whole process of lifting, operation and positioning.

9. Signal commanders should stand in an effective position that is conducive to protecting their own safety and can command operations normally.

10, when lifting an object at a height of 200 ~ 300mm, the hook shall be stopped for inspection, and then it shall be transported after it is checked to be normal.

When the hanging object is abnormal after hanging in the air, the commander should make a quick judgment according to the situation, and urgently notify the personnel in the dangerous parts to retreat. Command the tower crane driver to slowly lower the hoisted object, and then lift it after the danger is eliminated.

12, if there is a sudden power failure or mechanical failure during lifting, the heavy objects are not allowed to be hung high in the air for a long time, so we should try to put the heavy objects in a safe position and pad them.

13, it is forbidden to cross from the position of human head when lifting objects at ultra-low altitude, and the minimum safe distance between the objects and human head should be ensured to be not less than1m.

14. When two tower cranes cross, the commanders must cooperate with each other, and pay attention to the minimum safe distance between the two tower cranes, so as to prevent the two tower cranes from colliding and hooking.
