In the class I just took over this semester, due to the need to choose courses and leave classes, students have to reorganize their classes according to the course selection when they arrive in Senior Two. The Class 1 of Senior Two where I am now is also a student from different classes. Therefore, one of my simplest, most practical and most urgent purposes is integration, harmony and harmony. So I decided to take "home" culture as the core culture of the class to build and build.

? The family culture I understand and am trying includes the following aspects: first, the family's ideas, second, the family's environmental atmosphere, third, family responsibilities, fourth, family relations, fifth, family warmth, and sixth, family inheritance.

first, family thoughts

? A new class, students, teachers and parents can't be born with their family consciousness, thoughts and concepts. It takes time, transmission, infection and necessary indoctrination for everyone to change from unfamiliar to familiar. I often tell my classmates in class. The family values of our Class One are "3%" and "Four Meetings". "3%" refers to adult, talent and success, and "four skills" includes learning to be a person, learning to do things, learning to learn and learning to live. My message to the children's families is that "growth is more important than success, and the process is more important than the result", and there is another sentence that "your health, happiness and happiness are more important than anything else". Let the children find the feeling of home slowly, form the consciousness of home, and get married initially.

? Everyone needs to be valued, recognized and appreciated, especially children in adolescence. I pay more attention to and respect children's hobbies and specialties on weekdays. I rarely take up children's spare time. As long as they are active, healthy and meaningful activities, I will support and create opportunities and conditions for them as much as possible to help them realize their wishes. Whether it's a discipline competition, a chess puzzle game, or a literary and sports activity. Even in terms of new media, several children like to play Tik Tok, and join the campus Tik Tok club to record campus life and after-school activities for students, and make publicity and live broadcast for schools and classes. As long as it doesn't affect learning and touch the bottom line of discipline and morality, I support it. I think exercise needs opportunities and growth needs a platform. Only in activities can children's nature be better released, their potential be stimulated, and they can truly feel the happiness and sense of accomplishment in realizing their self-worth.

6. Happiness.

? In our boarding school, children go back and forth to the classroom-canteen-dormitory at 3: 1 every day. The daily routine of the class is just like the daily necessities in family life, and they often feel dull and boring, so I will create a little surprise and novelty from time to time, give a little sense of ceremony to big and small issues, or recall the good times in the past to arouse children's passion and happiness.
