3. Existing problems

2. The standard of spillway in some reservoirs is not enough, and the side wall collapses, silts up and fish-blocking facilities hinder flood.

3. Termites in most reservoirs are seriously harmful.

4. The water discharge facilities of Shikanzi Reservoir cannot operate normally due to years.

5. The awareness of flood control responsibility needs to be strengthened, and a few township leaders and grassroots cadres still have luck in their thinking, and they don't pay enough attention to flood control work.
