Guizhou Provincial Property Management Regulations (Twenty-three)

Article 88 Use of all roads or other related facilities within the property management area For parking vehicles on the site, management matters such as the setting, use, and charging of parking spaces shall be decided by the owners' meeting. The distribution of income from parking space operations shall be governed by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 85 of these Regulations.

Parking vehicles on *** roads or other relevant sites within the property management area shall not affect the normal passage of other vehicles and pedestrians.

Article 89 If an accident occurs during vehicle traffic in the property management area, and the traffic management department of the public security organ receives a report, it shall promptly handle it in accordance with the law.

Article 90: The relevant activities of clubs, kindergartens, schools, etc. built according to the plan within the property management area shall not violate the provisions of laws, regulations and management regulations, and priority shall be given to providing services to the owners.

Article 91 The civil air defense projects constructed according to the plan within the property management area shall be used and managed by the investors in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, and the income from operations shall belong to the investors.

Those who use civil air defense projects for business activities must not violate the provisions of laws, regulations and management regulations. If investors use civil air defense projects to set up parking spaces and garages for rent in accordance with planning permission, the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 87 of these Regulations shall apply.

Those who use civil air defense projects for business activities within the property management area shall deposit special residential maintenance funds and pay property service fees in accordance with the standards for non-residential properties.

Article 92 Professional business units such as water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communications, and cable TV within the property management area shall be responsible for the household metering devices or entrances.

Responsibilities and related costs for the management, repair, maintenance, and updating of facilities and equipment outside the port. If laws and administrative regulations provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.

Expenses such as maintenance and upkeep of professional operating facilities and equipment shall not be expensed from special maintenance funds.
