Yuping Yufeng Battle Site is located in Hulin Village, Hulin Township, Hua 'an County.

1In September, 949, Chen, the security company commander of the 4th Regiment and 5th Battalion of the Eighth Detachment of the China People's Liberation Army, led a team of more than 40 people to wage a fierce battle with the militia in Hua 'an. At that time, the People's Liberation Army was approaching Zhang Xia, the Kuomintang regime in Hua 'an County was crumbling, and the guard company was preparing to liberate Hua 'an. The troops set out from Zhangping and came to the estuary at the junction of the two counties. In order to rescue the people besieged by Anxi militia, the troops went straight to Hulin. When they arrived at the lake forest, Anxi militia had already withdrawn. The troops immediately captured the post-Lattice tail Tulou, guarded by Chen Wanwu, the leader of Hulin militia, and stationed in Yupingyu Natural Village. The soldiers publicized the situation to the local people and the people in Xibei village, and posted slogans to explain that the whole country was about to be liberated, which had a great response among the people in Hulin. The troops were stationed in the tiger forest for more than ten days. Huang, general manager of Huaan militia, is restless. He quickly gathered more than 700 militiamen and rushed to Hulin to attack the Yuping Yufeng position held by the security company. 19491On the afternoon of 7 October, the troops repelled the enemy group and charged, then withdrew from their positions safely and left the lake forest. The battle between Lake and Forest has dealt a blow to the arrogance of the Kuomintang faction, stimulated the firm confidence of the people in Hua 'an as masters of their own affairs, made them see the hope of victory, and promoted the early arrival of the liberation of Hua 'an.

Yuping Yufeng Battle Site is 790.5 meters above sea level, spanning 10 km north of the lake forest, with beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery.
