How to deal with an emergency

■ Cut off the power immediately. If you can't pull the power switch, you should use insulated pliers, knives and axes and other cutting tools to cut off the wires; Use non-conductive objects such as dry sticks, dry cloth, insulating gloves, etc. to make the wounded get away from the charged objects as soon as possible.

■ First responders should not touch the injured with their hands rashly to prevent themselves from getting an electric shock and delaying the rescue.

■ At the same time of on-site first aid, immediately seek help from the local "12" emergency center.

■ Move the electric shock victim to a ventilated and dry place to lie on his back, loosen the collar and belt, and clear the respiratory tract. Check the injured person's mouth, clean up the oral mucus, and remove the dentures if any.

■ Those who are conscious, breathing and heartbeat are autonomous, the injured person should lie flat on the spot, pay attention to keep warm, and don't stand or walk for the time being.

■ If breathing stops and heartbeat exists, mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration should be performed immediately, tracheal intubation and pressurized oxygen artificial respiration can be performed if conditions permit. If cardiac arrest and breathing exist, chest compressions should be made immediately. If the breathing and heartbeat stop, chest compressions should be performed at the same time as artificial respiration to restore the oxygen supply to the whole body organs.

■ pay attention to other injuries. Such as bouncing off the power supply after electric shock or falling from high altitude, it is often complicated with craniocerebral trauma, visceral rupture, fractures of limbs and pelvis, etc. If there is an electric burn wound, you should go to the hospital after dressing it.

■ Once the high-voltage wire falls to the ground and causes an electric shock accident, you should immediately call the power supply bureau to report, and the rescue operation should be carried out 15 meters away from the high-voltage wire.

■ During on-site rescue, don't move the wounded at will; When moving the wounded or sending them to the hospital, make the wounded lie flat on the stretcher and pad them with flat and hard planks; The treatment can't be stopped until the hospital medical staff is replaced.
