Twenty-three minerals (including subspecies) such as coal, uranium, iron, lead, zinc, tungsten, rock gold, placer gold, refractory clay, silica, barite, gypsum, cement limestone, quartz sand, kaolin, brick clay, building limestone, granite, diorite, shale, sandstone, mineral water and underground hot water have been discovered in Zhuzhou County.
