Thirteen, after the completion of the operation, the manhole cover should be restored in time, and the waste piled around should be cleaned up at the same time.

14. In case of operation danger, the whole rescuer needs to wear an oxygen bag to go down the well to save people, and take another oxygen bag and insert it into the nostril of the fainting person to absorb oxygen, and immediately evacuate the dangerous area, report to the construction director at the same time, and contact the emergency center in time to explain the accident site and specific conditions.
