Our unit strictly implements the spirit of the document, actively carries out four specific tasks of capacity building, and conducts fire drills and fire safety inspections. According to the four capacity-building standards, the school implements the basic work of fire safety management, establishes a fire safety management organization, defines the responsible person and manager of fire safety, defines full-time and part-time firefighters and implements their work responsibilities at different levels, holds regular fire prevention work meetings, and establishes basic fire and fire safety management files.

1, improve inspection ability and eliminate fire hazards;

Our school strictly adheres to the fire inspection system, carries out fire inspection work, strictly implements the daily fire inspection, weekly fire inspection and fire hazard rectification mechanism, and keeps eleven inspections on file.

2. Improve the organization's ability to put out the initial fire;

In order to ensure that the school can play the role of the first echelon in an emergency, we have formulated a fire safety training plan according to the requirements of the four fire fighting capabilities, and organized the campus voluntary fire brigade to conduct professional training and drills on a regular basis according to the principle of combining insurance with consumer protection. At the same time, staff Chen of Qinghe Fire Brigade and relevant leaders of Shangdi Police Station were specially invited to guide the work. So at present, all the staff in our school have achieved the goal of everyone being a fireman. In the first half of the year, we organized teachers and students to participate in three fire drills. Through the drill, employees have the ability to use the nearest fire extinguisher to extinguish the initial fire in time and quickly, which has laid a solid foundation for campus fire safety.

3. Improve the ability to organize personnel to evacuate and escape.

In order to evacuate students to safety in time and quickly in an emergency, we organized evacuation drills for teachers and students several times in the first half of the year. At the same time, improve all kinds of fire signs and signs in key fire hazards such as office buildings, teaching buildings and dormitories, and publicize the evacuation map of the place, which can guide people who have nothing to do with the fire to evacuate and escape.

4, improve the ability of fire education and training.

In order to popularize fire safety, according to the actual situation, our school hired fire brigade leaders to give lectures on fire safety knowledge in our hospital in the first half of the year, train full-time firefighters and part-time firefighters, and train new employees until the fire training is qualified. At the same time, fire safety publicity is carried out by posting posters, hanging slogans and setting up billboards. Four capacity-building manuals and fire safety reminder cards were produced. In order to allocate staff, this move made our school by going up one flight of stairs in fire safety education and training.
