The main activity form of the Olympic spirit is the Olympic movement, which is eternal. It is open to all social strata, including all sports and competitive events, regardless of gender, age and level of sports.

The Olympic Movement is an eternal school for people to learn the Olympic purpose, chivalry, idealism and Olympic spirit. People regard it as the criterion of life and further develop it into all fields of social life.

The word "Olympic" comes from the ancient Greek place name Olympia; It is the birthplace of the ancient Olympic movement, the venue of the first modern Olympic Games, the holy land of the Olympic movement, and the place where the flame is collected for each Olympic Games.

Olympia is located in the hilly area 300km southwest of Athens, the Greek capital, in the west of Peloponnesus, on the north bank of Albis River (0/6km from the cave entrance/kloc-0). Since the18th century, groups of scholars have come to Olympia to inspect and look for the remains of the ancient Olympic Games.

In 766 BC, the National Olympic Games developed in Olympia. This year also became the beginning of the Greek calendar. Since then, the Olympic Games have been held every four years, and all Greek citizens can participate.
