Among the teachers, there are 34 professors and associate professors with senior titles, including 38 experts who have been selected into the national 100 million talents project and enjoy the special allowance of the State Council, academic and technical leaders in Sichuan Province, provincial famous teachers, doctoral supervisors and teachers with master's degree or above. As of August, 2022, the school has hired famous experts from Germany, Japan and China as part-time professors.

Adhere to the integration of production and education, collaborative education, "school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination" throughout the whole process of talent training, become an off-campus practice base with nearly 100 pharmaceutical factories, hospitals and medicinal materials bases, and establish a long-term mechanism of cooperation among schools, enterprises, hospitals and schools with "talent education, process management, achievement sharing and achievement bearing".

Campus environment:

The college has built 6 1 multimedia classrooms to support the information-based teaching integration system. In March, 2020, the newly-built nursing training building covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters, and 98 experimental training rooms for various majors have been built. It has the largest pharmaceutical function training center, well-equipped pharmaceutical experimental center and high performance liquid chromatography training center in higher vocational colleges in the province, as well as advanced computer center and language laboratory.

The library of Library College has three floors, all with books and self-study seats, and there is a computer room on the first floor, which creates a good environment for students' study.
