9. Registration method

Student registration method: Teams are formed in class units.

Note: Athletes who register for the competition must be registered students of Longdu Middle School. Applicants must be in good health and fit to participate in the competition.

Registration method for faculty and staff: Registration for faculty and staff competitions will be tallied by the person in charge of each grade.

10. Registration time

Each grade group and each class will send the sports meeting registration list directly to the physical education group (before November 4), and no changes will be made after submission.

11. Competition Rules

The track and field games will adopt the latest "Rules of Track and Field Competition" approved by the National Sports Administration. In case of special circumstances, the event organizing committee will handle it at its discretion.

12. Scoring method

1. Individual scoring: The top three in each individual event will be scored as 4, 2, and 1 respectively. If there is a tie, the scores will be evenly distributed; Relay events will be awarded double points based on individual rankings.

3. Group projects will be scored as 8, 4, and 2 according to their rankings.

4. Team scoring: the total score of each item in the competition; if the points are the same, the one with more first place will be ranked first.

13. Reward Methods

1. The top three teams in individual and collective events will be rewarded;

2. The top three teams in the total team score will be awarded Award certificates.

3. Each grade group will select one class as the "Sportsmanship Award".
