How to install electronic scales?
1, weighing categories are different in size.
Electronic weighbridge and electronic platform scale have different weighing categories. Compared with them, the weighing range of electronic weighbridge is relatively large, which means that the maximum value that electronic weighbridge can bear is much larger than that of electronic platform scale. Generally, platform scales only weigh small items, while floor scales bear the weight of large items. Because the maximum range they can bear is different, the scope of application is completely different. For example, platform scales can be called fruits and vegetables, and floor scales can be used for truck load weighing.
2. Different sizes
There is a big gap between scale and electronic scale, and the size of scale determines the weighing range. Electronic scales are small and portable, but they are large and relatively fixed, so they cannot be moved once installed. Relatively speaking, the floor scale can be customized according to the demand to ensure the actual use demand, while the electronic platform scale belongs to the finished product sales and is a fixed weighing standard scale. Only by choosing a professional manufacturer can its performance and weighing accuracy be guaranteed.
3, the operation method is different
Electronic scales and electronic platform scales operate in completely different ways. The platform scale is simple to operate, but slightly more complicated. From the convenience of operation alone, the platform scale has greater advantages, but the platform scale can not meet the weighing needs of large objects.
4. Different equipment connection requirements
From a professional point of view, electronic scales need to be connected to computers or display instruments before they can be used, while platform scales can directly display weighing data without connecting any equipment. For example, floor scales are divided into many different types, and the equipment to be connected will be different. It is a weighing tool with more complicated operation than electronic platform scale, but it is indispensable in industrial equipment.

Second, how to install the electronic scale?
Electronic scale is a large-scale weighing instrument commonly used in industry, road administration and other fields. When we use electronic scales, we usually go through three stages: type selection, site selection and installation. We all know that electronic scales are divided into electronic scales without foundation and electronic scales with foundation pits, in which the former is mostly small scales, while the latter is mostly large electronic scales, that is, electronic truck scales. For electronic weighbridge with foundation pit, the foundation pit should be prepared before installation. It can be said that a good foundation pit is the key to correctly install this kind of electronic scale. The following small series mainly introduces the installation steps of this foundation pit electronic scale.
1, electronic scale location:
The installation position of the weighbridge should have a good drainage channel, and the weighbridge will not be flooded by heavy rain or mountain torrents. For shallow foundation pits, drainage channels should be set up. In addition, there must be enough straight roads at both ends of the weighbridge for cars to get on and off, and the straight roads at both ends should be at least equal to the length of the platform.
2, the basis of electronic scales:
Electronic weighbridge should be poured with concrete foundation, which should be excavated below the local frozen soil line, and the concrete grade should be guaranteed during construction. When pouring embedded parts, geometric dimensions such as levelness and position should be ensured, and embedded parts should not be displaced when pouring concrete. After the foundation pouring is completed, it shall be maintained according to the Civil Code, and the weighbridge can be installed only after the concrete reaches the design strength index. If the maintenance period is to be shortened, measures such as adding "early strength agent" are allowed under the guidance of professional and technical personnel during construction. For lightning protection, grounding piles should be set according to local conditions, and the grounding resistance should be ensured.
3. Installation and verification of electronic scales:
In most cases, the measuring unit is responsible for installation and debugging, and the manufacturer assists in installation. The following items need to be prepared:
(1) Crane (or forklift) and 2 jacks (5t)2 or more.
(2) level, welding machine and handyman.
(3) After the installation and debugging of the electronic weighbridge is completed, it can be officially put into use only after passing the inspection and issuing a certificate of conformity.
Specific installation steps:
(1) hoist the weighbridge into the foundation pit in sections (be sure to pay attention to safety, don't stand under the hanging objects, and you can move the weighbridge slightly when it touches the ground). First, the first part is to lift the platform with four sensors.
(2) When the platform is lowered, please put the sensor position into the embedded parts, put the steel ball and iron fist (be careful to hurt your hand), and insert bolts in the holes of the platform lap position to fix the platform lap.
(3) After placing the weighing platform, mark all lines (which sensor is easy to identify) and pull the lines to the designated position for placement.
(4) After all the sensor wires are pulled to the junction box position, the sensor wires on both sides of the weighing body marked in front correspond to the connection positions on both sides of the junction box (convenient for subsequent inspection and maintenance), and the middle is the main line connection port.
(5) Cover the weighbridge and level the weighbridge. How to judge whether the weighbridge is flat or not? First, jump in every corner of the weighbridge to see if there is noise or a little fluctuation. You can also grab the steel ball by hand and rotate it. If it can be rotated, it can be proved that the weighbridge is not flat enough and can be leveled with steel plates. Of course, it is impossible to distinguish the balance of the weighbridge by thinking, so instruments can be used to detect the force at each point. If the force is balanced, it means that the weighbridge is flat.
Finally, connect the main line with the instrument.
Final step: calibration and debugging. Because different instruments have different calibration methods, you can consult the manufacturer or ask the Bureau of Metrology and Testing for calibration help.
