3. Open some places for people’s livelihood in an orderly manner. Service industries such as supermarkets, medical institutions, pharmacies, and takeaway express delivery that guarantee the basic needs of the people are open as normal. Other commercial service venues and nine small stores are temporarily suspended. All catering establishments continue to suspend dine-in meals. Street stalls, mobile catering trucks, etc. are temporarily closed. Open for business.

4. Strictly control gathering activities. In accordance with "who organizes, who is responsible, who undertakes, who is responsible, whoever approves, who is responsible", strictly control all kinds of gathering activities; do not hold large conferences, night markets and other gathering activities for the time being; advocate postponement of happy events, simple arrangements for funerals, There will be no banquet.

5. Advocate celebrating the festival on the spot. The Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are approaching. 6. Actively vaccinate against the new coronavirus.
