Construction site enclosure standard

The enclosure standards of the construction site are as follows:

1. A continuous and airtight fence shall be set around the construction site as required; Multi-storey and high-rise buildings should also be equipped with safety protection facilities. The enclosure height of main urban sections, urban landscape roads, airports, docks and station squares shall not be less than 2.5m, and the enclosure height of other sections shall not be less than1.8m; ;

2. The materials used in the enclosure shall ensure that the fence is stable, neat and beautiful; 3. During construction, eye-catching publicity slogans reflecting the spirit of enterprise and the style of the times should be hung and written on the surrounding walls and dormitory exterior walls.

Construction enclosure is a safe and civilized construction measure, a temporary facility to isolate the construction scope from the external environment without external interference, and a management means to ensure the smooth construction.

When the project is settled, the construction enclosure belongs to the project cost. The relevant construction boundary in the quota refers to using the space in the enclosure as the "construction site".

The enclosure setting on the construction site is divided into four types according to the standard:

1. The landscape enclosure adopts angle (square) steel skeleton structure, the panel is galvanized iron sheet, the surface is pasted with propaganda and decorative cloth, and the surfaces of brick columns and brick walls are beautified with ceramic tiles;

2. The composite color plate enclosure adopts light steel frame structure, the panel adopts color steel plate, and the surface of brick column and brick wall is beautified by sticking bricks;

3. Brick enclosure, and the outer side of the enclosure is all decorated with bricks or painted;

4. The temporary enclosure adopts light steel frame structure, and the panels are continuously provided with colored steel plates.

Thirtieth construction projects may damage adjacent buildings, structures and underground pipelines, the construction unit shall take special protective measures.

The construction unit shall abide by the laws and regulations on environmental protection and take measures at the construction site to prevent or reduce the harm and pollution of dust, waste gas, waste water, solid waste, noise, vibration and construction lighting to people and the environment.

For construction projects in urban areas, the construction unit shall implement a closed enclosure on the construction site.
